Date : 4th of April 2009
Time : 7.30am to 4.00 pm
Venue : KPD BLOCK A

5 people are needed for BALLOTING (during the afternoon only)

6 people are needed for FOOD (msg/call/let LAVANIAL know if interested - 0172044742)

10 people are needed for REGISTRATION and (in the morning only)

10 people are needed for USHERING (in the morning only)

The tentative date would be on the 17th of April from 2.30pm-4.30pm, so be sure to keep yourselves free.
